Dear Verde Home Customer Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent order
#VL-8842-291

placed on April 2, 2026. The package arrived on April 9 in visibly damaged condition, and
upon opening it, I discovered that the ceramic planter set I ordered had been shattered
due to what appears to be completely insufficient protective packaging.
The item was described as a "Terra Three-Tier Ceramic Planter — Ivory" ($84.00). Instead
of receiving the intact product shown on your website, I found all three ceramic pots in
fragments, with the packing peanuts and thin cardboard insert providing almost no impact
resistance. I have attached photographs of the damaged item and the packaging to this
message for your review.
This is the second time I have experienced shipping issues with Verde Home in the past
six months. While I previously accepted a partial credit for a delayed delivery, I expect a
full resolution on this occasion given the complete loss of the product.
To resolve this matter, I request one of the following:
1. A replacement of the Terra Three-Tier Ceramic Planter shipped via expedited delivery at
no additional cost to me.
2. A full refund of $84.00 to the original payment method, processed within five business
days.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a timeline for resolution by
April 18,
2026
. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within ten business days, I will escalate
this matter to my credit card issuer and consider filing a consumer protection complaint
with the appropriate state authority.
I have been a customer since 2023 and had hoped to continue supporting your business.
However, repeated issues with fulfillment and packaging quality have made that
increasingly difficult. I trust you will handle this complaint with the seriousness it deserves.
