Last week the team closed 34 tickets, completed the checkout flow refactor, and
began QA on the payment integration. We remain on track for the February 3
production release.

Finalized cart microservice API contracts with the logistics team.
Migrated 88% of legacy product pages to Next.js; deferred dynamic filtering to
Sprint 15.
Completed accessibility audit for checkout flow (WCAG 2.1 AA).
Passed security review for payment SDK integration.
UPCOMING THIS WEEK
QA sign-off on payment integration (target: January 20).
Load testing for cart microservice (target: January 22).
Staging environment freeze (target: January 24).

Payment provider sandbox instability
may delay QA sign-off by 1–2 days.
Team is using cached mocks as fallback.
Reduced capacity next week:
Holiday schedule lowers engineering capacity
by 30%. Non-critical polish items shifted to Sprint 15.
