The API migration phase wrapped up on September 15 — three days ahead of
the baseline schedule. Load testing showed a 40% improvement in p95
response times compared to the legacy stack. However, the third-party identity
provider (AuthSure) pushed their v2.4 GA date to October 3, which compresses
our beta window. We are absorbing the change by running the security audit in
parallel with UAT instead of sequentially.
COMPLETED THIS QUARTER
Migrated 847 API endpoints to the new Node.js service layer with zero
downtime.
Completed data backfill for 2.4M user records into the new PostgreSQL
cluster.
Delivered the admin dashboard v1.2 with role-based access controls to the
internal QA team.
Closed 94% of the regression suite (312 test cases) without critical failures.

Legal review of user data export format.
We need sign-off from Meridian’s
compliance team by September 25 to stay on the Oct 14 beta date.

Staging environment limit.
Current license caps concurrent environments at
two. We need a third instance to run the AuthSure migration without pausing
QA. Estimated cost: $420/month.
