Full page ads require
at least 1/8-inch (3.175mm) bleed on all sides, unless noted
otherwise. Include type/logos and other important subject matter at least ¼-inch
(6.35mm) inside trim lines on all sides to avoid loss of content during trimming.

Supply
fractional ads
to exact dimensions with background/images or a border line
defining the space. No crops or printer marks will be necessary.

Submitting Materials Electronic Delivery
•
Send uncompressed files up to 10 MB to george.bourous@spglobal.com.
•
Submit all ads in CMYK color mode, high-resolution press PDF files with fonts
embedded.
•
Convert any PMS, SPOT, RGB colors to process/CMYK before creating PDF.
•
Art elements/images within PDF should be at least 300 true dpi at 100% size, and in
CMYK mode.
•
Do not send any PNG/JPG/JPEG or any other compressed file.
•
Set crops to trim size and offset crops outside bleed area full-page art with bleeds.
•
Provide PDF at 100% ad size for full page art with no bleeds and for all fractional ads.
No need for crops or printer’s marks.
•
Ad materials are due 10 business days prior to issue date (the latter date of bi-weekly
issue).
Earlier due dates are needed for multiple page campaigns, therefore please
contact your sales representative for further details.
