Clinton Sanford
Director of Operations
Acme Corp
456 Elm Street
Springfield, IL, 62705

Dear Mr. Sanford,

Please accept this letter as my formal resignation from my position as Senior Analyst at Acme Corp, effective two weeks from today, March 1, 2024. This decision comes after much thought and consideration of my personal and professional aspirations.

My tenure at Acme Corp has been incredibly rewarding, and I am grateful for the support and opportunities provided to me. However, despite my commitment and contributions to our teamā€™s success, I find that the compensation does not align with the responsibilities of my role nor the industry standards.

I have decided to move on to a position that offers a compensation package more reflective of my experience and the value I bring. I do not make this decision lightly and want to assure you that it is not a reflection of the company culture or team dynamic, both of which I hold in high regard.

I am dedicated to making this transition period as seamless as possible. I will work diligently over the next two weeks to wrap up my projects and assist in any way necessary to transfer my duties.

Thank you for your understanding and support. I hope to maintain a positive relationship moving forward.

Best regards,

Stewart Whitehead
